Blacks launches intermediary service

Published on

Blacks LLP has launched Blacks Connect, a conveyancing service “dedicated” to mortgage intermediaries.

Blacks already provides legal services to lenders and estate agencies, and has done for over 20 years.

Blacks Connect also offers a ‘Search Promise’ that guarantees to pay the client’s search fees if their first purchase falls through.

David Gilman, partner in charge of Blacks Connect, said: “We believe in brokers and we have come up with a conveyancing proposition that gives them the best of both worlds – super efficiency and total reassurance.

“We are not a panel manager, nor are we a conveyancing production line – we are real solicitors, from a long-established, well-respected full service law firm.”
