Blacks Connect has expanded its proposition to mortgages intermediaries, with the launch of two new legal services.

The new services cover equity release and transfer of equity.

David Gilman (pictured), partner in charge of Blacks Connect, said: “Equity Release is a specialist sector and your clients require an expert they can trust to look after their best interests. As part of Blacks Solicitors, we have over 10 years’ experience in this niche area, and are founder members of the Equity Release Solicitors’ Alliance.”

Meanwhile, Blacks Connect has launched a Transfer of Equity legal service, meaning brokers can refer clients in need of this important service directly through the law firm’s intermediary website.

Gilman explained: “Transfer of Equity is a common request and most brokers will have clients in need of this service, particularly those going through a separation. We ensure you and your client are properly looked after, plus intermediaries can earn a competitive referral fee.”
