Blacks Connect has been added to the solicitor panel of specialist mortgage lender Precise Mortgages.

Brokers and their clients are now able to choose the ‘broker-focused’ conveyancer when dealing with Precise across its range of purchase and remortgage product options.

Blacks Connect not only offers conveyancing services but also provides the full range of legal services to the broker community offering commercial, wills, employment and litigation.

David Gilman, partner in charge of Blacks Connect, said: “From today, brokers and their clients will now be able to choose Blacks as their conveyancing firm for all Precise Mortgages products and we will deliver the highest level of service to those who do so.

“Precise Mortgages is one of the most innovative and visible lenders in the specialist space and we are incredibly excited to be working with them, their brokers and clients in order to ensure the whole legal process runs smoothly.”
