Black & White Bridging has launched a redesigned website as part of a wider brand refresh designed to reflect the firm’s evolution and continued expansion.
The new site provides clearer information for brokers and investors, outlining the lender’s full range of short-term lending products, including refurbishment, auction and commercial bridging loans.
Each product section includes details of criteria, rates, fees and terms — all set out, as the company notes, “in black and white” — reinforcing its focus on transparency.
Visitors can also explore a growing library of completed case studies and use an online bridging calculator to assess the most suitable funding options for clients.
The website launch forms part of a broader period of development for the Bristol-based lender. Black & White is preparing to roll out a new back-office system designed to improve internal efficiencies, while work is also under way on a broker-focused intermediary portal being developed with direct input from an advisory focus group.

Damien Druce, chief operating officer at Black & White Bridging, said: “We have doubled in size since the beginning of the year, hitting some significant milestones and delivering some of our biggest bridging loans to date.
“We needed a website that would emphasise our position in the market and the fact we are constantly developing and innovating.
“The new site is indicative of our growth over the last few years as well as our commitment to moving the industry forward.”
Matt Horton, head of marketing at Black & White Bridging, added: “Our messaging hasn’t changed, we’re just getting even more transparent in terms of our online presence.
“The site has been designed to better embody the company’s ethos of simplicity and transparency and illustrate that as a company, we’ve got a fresh take on bridging lending and we’re always moving forwards.
“While our branding remains consistent, we’ve given it a refresh and added an updated cityscape icon to our core assets to further highlight our national growth and the scale of projects we are now proud to be supporting.”
