Black & White Bridging expands relationship team with four strategic hires

Black & White Bridging has bolstered its relationship team with four key appointments.

The latest hires represent a near 25% increase in the firm’s workforce, reflecting its continued growth and investment in the specialist lending market.

NEW INTERNAL SALES DESK TEAM

To establish a brand-new internal sales desk, Black & White Bridging has appointed Dan Nathan as internal relationship manager and Sureyya Vidali as social media & marketing executive.

Nathan joins from Aureum Finance, where he worked as a specialist finance broker. In his new role, he will focus on supporting existing intermediaries and onboarding new brokers.

Nathan said: “Joining Black & White Bridging is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that places intermediaries at the heart of its business.

“My background as a broker has given me a strong understanding of the challenges intermediaries face, and I am looking forward to helping them succeed by providing truly transparent and reliable support whilst growing the internal sales function.”

Vidali brings extensive experience in social media and brand strategy, having worked with Metro Bank and Starling Bank. She will focus on enhancing Black & White Bridging’s brand presence and ensuring its core message of “truly transparent lending with no grey areas” is effectively communicated across all channels.

She added: “It’s an exciting time to join Black & White Bridging. I am eager to help elevate the brand and ensure its core values are consistently communicated.

“I look forward to building on the strong reputation Black & White has established in the specialist lending market and expanding our audiences.”

EXPANDING SOUTHERN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TEAM

As part of its expansion, Mike Underwood and Shahed Popat have joined as relationship managers to strengthen Black & White Bridging’s presence in the South of England.

Underwood is formerly product manager at Adsum, while Popat brings extensive market expertise from his time at Roma Finance. In their new roles, they will focus on building relationships with intermediaries in Hertfordshire and along the South Coast.

Underwood said: “I look forward to leveraging my experience to strengthen our relationships with intermediaries across the South Coast and Southwest. Black & White Bridging’s commitment to truly transparent lending aligns perfectly with my approach to client service, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Popat added: “I am thrilled to join Black & White Bridging at such an exciting time in its growth journey. This role offers an incredible opportunity to connect with intermediaries in Hertfordshire, the Home Counties, and the South Coast, delivering the transparent and reliable service the company is known for.”

A COMMITMENT TO GROWTH AND SERVICE

Damien Druce, commercial director at Black & White Bridging, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dan, Sureyya, Mike and Shahed to our ever-expanding team.

“Their expertise, tenacity and enthusiasm are a perfect fit for our mission to provide the highest level of service and support to intermediaries and their borrowers with our truly transparent lending with no grey areas.”
