Black & White Bridging has appointed Susan Ansermoz as its new lending manager.

Ansermoz (pictured) has a background in banking and underwriting. She has over seven years of underwriting experience, having worked at NatWest and Bank of Ireland.

She will work closely with the team to help manage the company’s growing case volumes as it sees increased demand for its lending solutions.

“Underwriting has always been a passion of mine because no two cases are the same”

Ansermoz said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Black & White Bridging at such an exciting stage of its growth. Underwriting has always been a passion of mine because no two cases are the same, and I’m eager to meet the fast-paced challenges of this position.

“Black & White’s commitment to transparent, client-centred service aligns perfectly with my own values, and I look forward to building strong relationships with brokers and clients across the UK.”

Heather Hancock, Black & White’s head of credit & operations, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Susan to the team. Her wealth of underwriting experience and her passion for delivering outstanding service will be a great support as we continue to grow and respond to increasing demand.

“Susan’s approach to building genuine relationships with clients aligns perfectly with our values, and we’re confident she will help drive our success as we continue to expand.”
