Black Book Finance hires real estate specialist

Hiren Depala has joined Black Book Finance as a real estate specialist.

Depala (pictured) has over 10 years’ experience in property finance, having previously worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Ideal4Finance amongst others.

He is an experienced debt advisor, with expertise in funding complex property and development transactions.

The firm is focused on bridging, commercial, forward-funding, equity, joint venture structures and development finance advisory.

Michael Clapper, CEO at Black Book Finance, said: “I am delighted to welcome Hiren, to further strengthen our advisory team and I am already enjoying working with him.
