BFS expands team following lending growth

Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has reported growth of 25% for the past 12 months.

The bridging lender said that penetration into the Scottish market has been successful, resulting in the launch of a development lending product into the Scottish market.

New recruit, Jon Durie, has been appointed to lead the team in Scotland. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, the last 10 years being specifically in short-term finance.

Steve Barber, managing director of BFS, said: “We’ve had considerable success across the board during these past 12 months. Our brilliant team is growing and we are partnering and collaborating with more and more brokers, keen to work with us as we gain traction within our niche area of the market.

“We’re really pleased to welcome Jon to the team at this exciting time. He will continue to promote bridging finance products, alongside the newly launched development finance product. There is huge scope for further growth in Scotland, and now with the right leader in place and the best professional partnerships, we have scope to realise all of our ambitions.”
