Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has announced the appointment of Anne Gullon as business development manager (BDM) for Yorkshire and the North East.

Gullon (pictured) has previously worked in business development roles for both lenders and finance brokerages.

She will introduce the firm to existing contacts whilst strengthening the brand amongst new potential clients.

Gullon said: “I’ve known of BFS for many years and have always perceived them to be a very professional, honest and reliable lender. When the opportunity came to join the team, I knew this role would be a great fit for me.

“My aim now moving forward is to help to make them the first choice for any financial intermediaries in the Yorkshire/North East region looking for bridging and related finance products.”

John Hardman, head of sales at Bridging Finance Solutions added: “We’re incredibly pleased to welcome Anne to the team – she has worked within our industry for many years under various roles and brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to this position.

“Despite current Covid related conditions, we are set to continue to grow the business into the year ahead, further expanding into areas such as Yorkshire and the North East where we see huge potential.”
