Dragonfly Property Finance completed on 142 loans during the second quarter of 2013, its highest ever volume of loans during a three month period.

This compares to 119 loans during the first quarter of the year and 80 loans during the second quarter of 2012.

The total value of loans during the second quarter of 2013 was also up by 32.5% relative to the same quarter last year.

Jonathan Samuels, CEO, Dragonfly Property Finance, said: “Over the past year we have focused on the service level we deliver by growing our team and making several improvements to our processes. To get 142 loans out in three months shows that these improvements are already having an impact.

“Demand from our network of brokers is stronger than it has ever been and the depth of our funding lines mean that we are well placed to meet it. In the months ahead we intend to further grow our team and product range in order to accommodate this demand and further increase our market share.”
