Best Doctors service boost

Canada Life is making it easier for users to access its Best Doctors service.

This mirrors moves the firm has already made to improve its Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness arrangements.

The new website, www.askbestdoctors.com, has been introduced which provides users with access to all of the benefits provided by Best Doctors online.

Users will also have access to a multimedia library which contains over 300 educational videos which are designed to help improve understanding of a range of medical conditions as well as the types of treatments available.

Updated marketing support material has also been produced including a ‘toolkit’ and member leaflet.

The Best Doctors service is available to employees, a spouse or partner, parent, sibling or any dependant under the age of 21 living in the same household.

Paul Avis, Canada Life group insurance’s sales and marketing director, said: “In recent months we’ve worked closely with our service providers to differentiate both our Group Income Protection and Group Critical illness propositions. It’s now easier for users to access the Best Doctors service and find out more about a range of conditions.
