Barclays unveils zero fee new build deals

Barclays is making changes across its residential, buy-to-let and Reward ranges.

New products will launch tomorrow (14 May).

Changes include rate reductions on a selection of buy-to-let products as well as the launch of new £0 product fee New Build Only fixed rates which each come with cashback.

 

Key Launch highlights – New Build Only Products

  • 2.54% two-year fixed with no product fee and £1000 cashback available for loans £200k -£375k, max. 90%  LTV
  • 2.09% two-year Help to Buy fixed with no product fee & £500 cashback available for loans £200k -£450k max. 75% LTV
  • 2.57% five-year fixed with no product fee and £1000 cashback available for loans £200k – £375k, max. 90% LTV,
  • 2.18% five-year Help to Buy fixed with no product fee & £500 cashback available for loans £200k – £450k% 75% LTV

 

What existing products are being reduced?

Buy-to-let

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 2.43% five-year fixed, £1795 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.38%
  • 2.80% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.75%
  • 2.65% Portfolio Landlord five-year fixed, £1795 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.60%

EMC

  • 2.43% EMC Reward BTL five-year fixed, £1795 product fee, 75% LTV, will decrease to 2.38%
  • 2.80% EMC Reward BTL five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, will decrease to 2.75%
  • 3.35% EMC Reward BTL two-year fixed, £0 product fee, > 75% LTV, will decrease to 3.00%
  • 3.99% EMC Reward BTL five-year fixed, £0 product fee, > 75% LTV, will decrease to 3.49%
