Barclays Mortgages cuts fixed rates

Barclays Mortgages has reduced rates on some of its most popular residential mortgage deals.

The reductions are as follows:

Purchase and Remortgage

  • 1.33% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 5bps
  • 1.39% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 75% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 13bps
  • 1.53% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 85% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 12bps
  • 1.79% five-year fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 6bps
  • 1.94% five-year fixed, £999 product fee, available up to 75% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 11bps

EMC Reward Range (Rate Switch & Further Advance)

  • 1.38% two-year fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 75% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 12bps
  • 1.52% two-year fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 85% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 3bps
  • 1.78% five-year fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 60% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 4bps
  • 1.92% five-year fixed Reward, £899 product fee, available up to 75% LTV for loans up to £2m – reduced by 7bps
