Barclays makes widespread purchase and remortgage rate cuts

Barclays has made changes to its residential fixed rates, including the launch of new products.

The changes affect products across its purchase and remortgage ranges.

Changes are as follows:

Residential

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.74% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 1.65%
  • 1.89% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 has decreased to 1.74%
  • 1.89% two-year fixed, £1999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £400,000, Max loan £2,000,000 has decreased to 1.74%
  • 1.84% Premier three-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £2,000,000 has decreased to 1.73%
  • 1.85% three-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 1.74%
  • 1.89% three-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 1.79%
  • 2.19% three-year fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £500,000 has decreased to 2.05%
  • 2.24% three-year fixed, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 has decreased to 2.17%
  • 2.49% three-year fixed, £0 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 has decreased to 2.44%
  • 1.99% five-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 1.97%
  • 2.64% 10-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 2.55%
  • 2.79% 10-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 2.64%
  • 2.94% 10-year fixed, £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 2.78%

 

Purchase

  • 3.75% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £400,000, (£1000 cashback) has decreased to 3.55%
  • 1.88% Homemover Reward three-year fixed, £499 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 has decreased to 1.78%
