Barclays makes rate changes

Barclays has made a number of changes across its Residential and Reward ranges.

The following rates are changing:

  • 1.90% Great Escape two-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £500k (reduced by 6bps)
  • 1.94% Great Escape two-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £500k (reduced by 7bps)
  • 2.15% Great Escape five-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £500k (reduced by 5bps)
  • 2.24% Great Escape five-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £500k (reduced by 5bps)

Barclays Green Home Mortgages:

  • 1.79% Green Home two-year fixed rate, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £400k (reduced by 5bps)
  • 2.28% Green Home five-year fixed rate, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £400k (reduced by 6bps)

Reward:

  • 1.92% EMC Reward one-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m (reduced by 4bps)
  • 1.89% EMC Reward two-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m (reduced by 2bps)
  • 1.93% EMC Reward two-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m (reduced by 2bps)
  • 2.15% EMC Reward five-year fixed rate, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m (reduced by 4bps)
  • 2.99% EMC Reward two-year tracker, £99 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m (fee reduced by £200)
