Barclays makes mortgage rate cuts

Barclays has made changes to its residential and Reward product ranges.

These changes include introducing new products as well as making reductions to existing products.

New products are as follows:

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.86% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000

EMC

  • 1.63% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed, £299 product fee, 60% LTV
  • 1.79% EMC Reward 3 Year Fixed, £299 product fee, 60% LTV
  • 1.59% EMC Reward 2 Year Tracker, £999 product fee, 75% LTV
  • 1.99% EMC Reward 2 Year Tracker, £0 product fee, 75% LTV
  • 1.94% EMC Reward 5 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, now available at 75% LTV
  • 2.19% EMC Reward 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, now available at 75% LTV

  • 2.09% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.03%
  • 2.42% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.29%
  • 3.39% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £375,000 will decrease to 3.32%%
