Barclays increases Great Escape cashback to £300

Barclays is making a number of changes to its mortgage range tomorrow (30 August).

Reductions:

Buy-to-let – Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.55% 2 Year Fixed, £1950 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.50%
  • 2.68% Premier 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.65%
  • 1.91% 2 Year Fixed, £1950 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.79%
  • 2.72% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.66%
  • 2.24% Premier 5 Year Fixed, £1950 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £2,000,000 will decrease to 2.18%
  • 2.25% 5 Year Fixed, £2450 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £500,000, Max loan £2,000,000 will decrease to 2.19%
  • 2.25% 5 Year Fixed, £1950 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £500,000 will decrease to 2.19%
  • 2.74% 5 Year Fixed, £1950 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.57%

Residential – Purchase

  • 3.34% 2 Year Fixed, £999 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now increased to £400,000
  • 3.50% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now increased to £400,000
  • 3.64% 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, £500 cashback, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now increased to £400,000
  • 4.04% 5 Year Fixed, £499 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now increased to £400,000
  • 4.14% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now increased to £400,000

Residential – Remortgage

  • 2.14% Great Escape 2 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £500,000 cashback will increase from £200 to £300
  • 2.24% Great Escape 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £500,000 cashback will increase from £200 to £300
  • 2.45% Great Escape 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £500,000 cashback will increase from £200 to £300
