Barclays cuts rates on seven deals

Barclays is making changes across its residential, and buy-to-let and Reward ranges.

The changes, which come into effect tomorrow, are as follows:

Residential

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.47% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.44%
  • 1.63% two-year fixed, £299 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.59%
  • 1.85% 5  year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.81%

Purchase

  • 1.89% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 70% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.85%
  • 1.91% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.88%

 

Buy-to-let

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.85% two-year tracker, £1795 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £2,000,000 will decrease to 1.49%
  • 2.44% two-year tracker, £1795 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.99%
