Bank of Ireland UK introduces online offer service

Bank of Ireland UK has launched a new online offer service for brokers.

Mortgage offers are now available for brokers to view and download online via Bank of Ireland UK’s mortgage application system.

Online offers will mean brokers no longer need to wait for paper copies. Once the offer has been produced, brokers will receive an email to say their client’s case has gone to offer. The broker can then log in to the online application system and download a PDF version of the offer letter. As well as receiving an online offer, hard copies will also be sent to the client and their solicitor.

Alison Pallett (pictured), director of sales, said: “At Bank of Ireland UK, we’re continuously working in partnership with our brokers to get their feedback and make their lives easier. That’s why our application system has won Awards for innovation, user experience and ease of use. Online offers are just one of the ways we’re looking to streamline the process.

“We believe that the ability for brokers to make offers online will give them peace of mind knowing that the details are correct before the offer reaches their client.”
