BuildStore Financial Services has chosen to implement BancTec’s eFIRST Origin platform within its advisory division.

The BancTec solution allows BuildStore’s advisers to manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial enquiry to drawdown of funds. The solution will be incorporated within BuildStore’s existing infrastructure and interface with specialist external applications.

Rachel Pyne, BuildStore director of Financial Services, said: “We are delighted to have selected BancTec to supply a key element in the ongoing expansion of our business. A core competence of BuildStore’s advisers is the capability to provide the highest quality of support and advice to new and existing customers.
