AToM to hold expo and gala dinner

All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) is holding a specialist lender expo on 30 June, as well a gala dinner to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

The AToM EXPO is to be held at the five star South Lodge Hotel, near Horsham, West Sussex and will have a ‘Cluedo’ style theme, to match the surroundings. Over 100 delegates will experience a full day of presentations, round tables, lunch, refreshments and CPD points are available. It’s also free to attend.

Dale Jannels, managing director of the specialist mortgage packager/distributor, said: “As a family business, we are very proud to reach twenty five years in the mortgage industry. This is credit to Vic and Sheila Jannels for seeing us through the tough times, and enabling us to remain totally independent. This is also credit to the fantastic team we have at AToM.

“To celebrate this fantastic milestone, we are holding a Specialist Lending EXPO, with 18 lenders onsite, on Thursday 30th June. Our network partners, brokers and intermediaries will meet, discuss and debate with all lenders attending and discover new ways to make the most of all opportunities in the specialist lending sector.

“We are covering everything from FTB to over 65s, to adverse, specialist buy-to-let and HMOs, technology, bridging, commercial, secured loans and much, much more.

“We are grateful to all lenders on the AToM Specialist Panel who are attending/exhibiting and I would especially like to thank Kent Reliance and Precise Mortgage for their key sponsorship of the whole event. In the evening, we will host a gala dinner with our lender, network partners and brokers in attendance and we have some rather interesting surprises lined up.

“Our 15th anniversary event was one that people still talk about. This will be bigger – a 25th anniversary to remember and I can’t wait for the whole event to begin.”
