AToM partners with the Hanley Economic

All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM), has announced a new and exclusive relationship with the Hanley Economic Building Society.

“Demand is increasing in the near prime arena and Lenders are reacting to this,” said Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM. “Hanley have come to the specialist market with a superb offering. They have seen some gaps in the remortgage market and catered for these.

“With loans from £50,000, minimum term just one year, LTVs up to 70%, no ERCs and most CCJs/defaults ignored over 12 months old, this is another great offering that AToM can promote to our intermediary and broker partners. We’re grateful to have this as a true exclusive and look forward to working closely with Hanley.”

Features include no ERCs, manual assessment, no more than five CCJs in total (none in last 12 months), no defaults in last 12 months (anything over 12 months ignored), and no credit scoring. The mortgage is available in England and Wales.

“This is an exciting opportunity for the Society to offer a specialist product in this market,” said David Lownds, head of operations at the Hanley Economic Building Society.

“A competitive product is just part of what we have to offer, our individual approach to commonsense Underwriting has seen us win many awards over the years. AToM are a well-established and respected distributor of specialist loans and I look forward to building a long and mutually successful relationship.”
