AToM partners with Axis Bank

All Types of Mortgages (AToM) is to distribute mortgage products from Axis Bank.

Product details include no minimum income requirements, new build properties available up to 75% to £500,000, manual assessment, no credit scoring and rental calculations on pay rate on the lender’s five-year products.

Mortgages are only available in London and South East.

Dale Jannels, managing director of AToM, said: “The AToM team work with a large number of brokers looking for specialist buy-to-let product offerings. We are grateful to be one of the small group of distributors who can package the Axis Bank range.

“With products catering for Houses of Multiple Occupation, multi-units, expats and limited company ranges, and rates starting from 3.79% with just a 1.5% fee, this is another great offering AToM can promote to our intermediary and broker partners.

“Early feedback suggests AXIS is quietly establishing a good reputation for service and broker focus within the market and we are pleased to be working with Andrew and his team.”
