AToM outlines September roadshow programme

All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) has revealed the dates and locations for its September roadshows.

They provide brokers with the opportunity to attend and meet a variety of lenders who will present and update their specialist products, comment on the mortgage market and the forthcoming portfolio landlord changes.

Dale Jannels, AToM’s managing director, said: “These events are crucial in the current climate in providing an understanding of the changes to portfolio landlords business as well as being equipped with the knowledge of the wider specialist lending sector.

“Many lenders use specialist packagers to distribute their products and long gone are the days when this was just adverse lending.  Now it includes up to 95% prime; lending into retirement; complex residential; buy to lets and bridging. All of these opportunities will be covered in our events. We are grateful to have a super panel of lenders willing to support and present to our broker and network partners.”

The roadshows will take place between 9am and 1.30pm at the following locations:

  • September 13th       Southampton
  • September 14th       Bristol
  • September 19th       Gatwick
  • September 21st       Birmingham
  • September 26th       Ipswich
  • September 27th       Manchester

Jannels added: “We will also cover the use of AToM Together, our free to use CRM, sourcing and lender integration tool. With over 2,800 users, it’s the only one of its kind in the market and saves brokers a huge amount of time when it comes to inputting client’s details.”
