Assurant Intermediary has doubled its monthly business volumes with general insurance brokers Safe&Secure since January.

Assurant Intermediary has recently strengthened its 17-year relationship with Safe&Secure.

Carl Stacey (pictured), head of distribution at Assurant Intermediary, said: “Safe&Secure is recognised in the industry as one of the best GI brokers in the country, winning many national awards and we are delighted they are one of our key partners. Business volumes have increased steadily over the past six months, and the growth has accelerated in the past two months.

“We are particularly pleased to have doubled our monthly figures since the beginning of the year, as it is a clear indication that our product mix, pricing and service is paying dividends.”

Chris Griffin, managing director at Safe&Secure, added: “Assurant is one of our key trusted partners, and has been for almost two decades. We are keen to further develop this relationship, as their ethos and ours are very much aligned in the way we both provide the kind of service that our customers can trust.”
