Assurant Intermediary enhances IPOS portal

Assurant Intermediary has made further improvements to its online insurance quotation and application portal,IPOS, with the addition of automatic bank validation.
Brokers and intermediaries will now be asked to provide their clients’ bankinformation alongside all other details when accessing IPOS. Upon entering thesedetails, IPOS will conduct an immediate validation of the bank information andwill either confirm full details including bank address or identify any error inthe information provided. If the information fails validation, then theintermediary will be prompted to correct the information and re-input.
Kevin Paterson , sales and marketing director, said: “This latest enhancementto IPOS will deliver an even more streamlined and efficient service to brokersand intermediaries when sourcing general insurance products for their clients.
