Assetz Capital hires mortgage processor to strengthen operations team

Assetz Capital has appointed Shamima Hoque as mortgage processor, adding further capacity to its expanding operations team.

Hoque, who previously worked at Skipton Building Society, brings with her customer service experience that she will now apply in support of the lender’s operations and origination teams.

Her role will centre on providing administrative support to ensure cases progress smoothly, a move the lender said will help maintain service standards as business volumes grow.

Irene Thomas, chief operating officer at Assetz Capital, said: “I’m pleased to welcome Shamima to the business. This role is fundamental to strengthening our processes and ensuring that customers experience a smooth and efficient journey from the very start.

“By supporting both our case managers and origination team, Shamima will help us deliver the consistent, high-quality service that our customers expect and deserve.”

Hoque added: “I’m really looking forward to contributing to the team, growing my skills, and being part of a company that’s helping to make a real impact in the financial service sector.

“Thank you to everyone who’s supported me on this journey so far – I can’t wait to get started on this next chapter.”
