Asset Advantage has announced the appointment of William Thompson as trainee broker manager.

In his new role, Thompson (pictured) will focus on supporting the company’s expanding broker network and contributing to its continued growth.

He joins the team led by broker manager Jonty Cooke, where he will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive partnerships with brokers and providing guidance throughout the lending process.

Commenting on his appointment, Thompson said: “I’m delighted to be starting my career with Asset Advantage as a trainee broker manager. The company’s reputation for supporting brokers and delivering flexible solutions made it the perfect place to learn and grow.

“I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with our broker community and contributing to the team’s success.”

Gary Thompson, sales director at Asset Advantage, added: “Our brokers are at the heart of what we do. By continuing to invest in our sales team, we’re ensuring they get the dedicated support they need to succeed.”

The appointment reflects Asset Advantage’s strategy of nurturing talent and enhancing its service proposition to intermediaries as demand for flexible asset finance solutions continues to rise.
