Alternative Bridging takes approach to Scotland

Alternative Bridging Corporation has bolstered its lending proposition for Scotland.

The short-term lender is supporting its lending in the region with a business development manager (BDM) based in Scotland and dedicated case manager.

Jonathan Rubins (pictured), director at Alternative Bridging Corporation, said: “At Alternative Bridging Corporation, we have more than three decades’ experience of property lending which means we know exactly what it takes to provide intermediaries and their clients with funding certainty, combined with a can-do attitude, an appetite to lend and a commitment to human conversations and long-lasting relationships.

“It’s this unique combination that has made us so successful in lending on properties in England and Wales, and we are delighted to take our tried and tested approach north of the border with a dedicated team to strengthen our proposition in Scotland.”

Alternative Bridging offers a range of solutions including the Alternative Overdraft, which provides a flexible loan facility that delivers funds on 24 hours’ notice, allowing borrowers the opportunity to draw, repay or reduce funds when they want.

Last year, Alternative Bridging also launched Development 90 for the mid-size development market. The product offers a combination of 90% Loan to Cost and stretched LTGDV.
