Alternative Bridging Corporation has expanded its marketing team with the appointment of a new junior marketing assistant.

Katie John joins the specialist short-term property finance lender from Accord Marketing where she worked for nearly three years across a range of disciplines including SEO, PPC, social media, reporting and data analysis.

Reporting to Rinal Rodrigues, head of marketing, John (pictured) is tasked with helping Alternative Bridging Corporation to reach more brokers in providing solutions for their clients who require bridging loans, development finance and commercial lending.

She will have a particular focus on developing the lender’s social media channels and content.

She said: “I am delighted to join the marketing team at Alternative Bridging and really looking forward to bringing my digital marketing skills to bear on the intermediary bridging market.”

Rodrigues added: “We’re really pleased that Katie has joined us in the marketing department. She has skills which are increasingly important in our sector and will help Alternative Bridging get our message across that we are ready to help brokers find a solution for their specialist finance cases.”
