Alternative Bridging Corporation has added its sales team for the North of England and Scotland, with the recruitment of James McDonough.

McDonough (pictured) has financial services experience dating back to 2015 and has previously worked as a broker as well as for providers. Most recently, he worked as a BDM for Hope Capital.

He will report into Paul Gavin, head of sales, northern division.

Gavin said: “I’m delighted to welcome James to the team as we continue to increase the support we offer to brokers who are looking for innovative specialist property finance.

“With his wide breadth of experience, he has a strong understanding of the pressures that brokers experience and the way that lenders like Alternative Bridging can help relieve those pressures and deliver great outcomes for their clients.”

McDonough added: “I’m really pleased to join Alternative Bridging Corporation as it’s a lender with a strong reputation for innovative products supported by excellent service.

“Having previously worked as a broker myself, I have unique insights into how we can work in partnership with our brokers for the ultimate benefit of their clients.”
