Alternative Bridging bolsters Midlands coverage with business development appointment

Alternative Bridging Corporation has strengthened its regional sales support with the appointment of Jignesh Mistry as business development manager for the Midlands.

Mistry (pictured) joins the specialist lender with more than 13 years’ experience in the mortgage and property finance sector and will report to Paul Gavin, head of sales.

Based in the Midlands, his remit will focus on supporting intermediaries across the region and deepening relationships with broker partners.

He joins from Precise Mortgages, where he spent more than a decade in a range of senior sales, account management and business development roles.

During that time, Mistry worked across residential and buy-to-let lending, as well as bridging finance, and supported the implementation and growth of a start-up lender proposition.

Paul Gavin, head of sales at Alternative Bridging Corporation, said: “Expanding our regional sales presence is essential to ensuring brokers receive the right level of support wherever they are based.

“Jignesh brings a wealth of experience from across the mortgage market and a proven track record of building strong broker relationships. His appointment further strengthens our ability to support intermediaries across the Midlands.”

Mistry added: “Alternative Bridging has built a strong reputation for broker service and flexibility, which really appealed to me.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with intermediaries across the Midlands and helping them deliver positive outcomes for their clients.”
