All in Property has launched a a new management information system for lenders, solicitors and asset managers.

The independent contractor firm has a nationwide team of contractors who provide lenders and asset managers with a range of building services for properties in possession. It has now launched a bespoke Management Information (MI) system which clients’ can login via a secure password to collate and review important MI.

The new system can give clients information such as how many instructions were sent in a set time period, and of those instructions how many were cancelled before the day of possession.

It can also show how many were cancelled on the day of possession (therefore incurring a cost) and how many possessions that went ahead, had extra costs. The average cost of each possession is also available.

John Boardman, managing director of All in Property said: “There is an increasing demand from clients to know exactly what level of service they are receiving and whether they are getting value for money. We’ve always been very happy to be compared against any competitor in the market and this system will give clients more power and control. Clients will be able to see how many possessions were cleared within the Service Level Agreement timescales
