Alice Altemaire, CEO of RCI Bank UK, part of Renault’s Group captive bank, has been appointed as a non-executive director of United Trust Bank.

Altemaire (pictured) has worked within Renault Group for more than 15 years and was previously the CFO for RCI Bank UK when launched in 2015.

She has an MBA from ESSEC Business school and a governance certificate from IFA Science Po. She previously held the position of vice president, accounting and performance control and VP of mobility service and innovation within the RCI Bank and Services group.

Harley Kagan, CEO of United Trust Bank, said: “I am delighted that Alice has rejoined the board of United Trust Bank as a non-executive director. She was a valued and highly respected member of the board during her previous two-year tenure and was greatly missed when she took up her new appointment as CEO of RCI Bank UK.

“Alice will bring useful insight and knowledge to the board as we build the business and seize opportunities as the economy recovers from Covid-19. We are fortunate to be able to call on a wide range of experience and skills amongst our directors and Alice is warmly welcomed back to the UTB boardroom.”

Altemaire added: “I am honored to re-join the board of United Trust Bank and bring my own experience as UK specialist lender CEO to support the future development of UTB. I look forward working again with such a talented and experienced team.”
