Aldermore makes specialist finance hires for North of England

Aldermore has made two new appointments to its specialist finance team in support of SMEs in the North of England.

Andrew Stringfellow and Danielle Winfield have joined as regional sales managers, covering the Manchester and Leeds areas respectively.

Stringfellow has over 30 years experience, including in business development, relationship banking and risk management. He joins Aldermore from Lloyds Bank, where he was associate director, invoice finance.

Winfield joins from Positive Cashflow where she was regional sales director, covering the Yorkshire region.

She has over 10 years’ experience in providing specialist funding to SMEs, including holding roles at IGF Group and Bibby Financial Services.

Stringfellow said: “I am delighted to be joining such an experienced and highly respected team. Aldermore specialist finance is an extremely well-resourced operation and has an excellent reputation for providing vital working capital support to its clients.

“I look forward to the opportunities ahead, meeting contacts old and new and increasing and reinforcing the company’s presence in the North West region.”

Winfield said: “Aldermore’s specialist finance team has deservedly earned a strong reputation within the marketplace. I will be focused on drawing on my extensive SME network and demonstrating how Aldermore can offer a personalised and innovative approach to their financing needs.”

Karen Allen, Aldermore’s head of specialist finance, added: “Andrew and Danielle bring with them decades of experience in business finance and have built trusted, established connections with SMEs in the North.
