Aldermore makes appointment to structured finance team

Neil Kindness has joined Aldermore’s specialist structured finance team as associate director.

He will be responsible for negotiating deals in both London and Scotland.

The structured finance team is led by Ian Flaxman and Kindness will join Simon Maddocks and Peter Raybould. Their objective is to develop flexible and bespoke structured finance solutions for firms with borrowing requirements of between £2 million and £12.5 million.

Kindness joins Aldermore from Close Invoice Finance where he was regional sales director.

He has also been a director of Landsbanki Commercial Finance, a director of GE Commercial Finance and a regional director of GMAC Commercial Finance.

Kindness said: “Aldermore’s commercial finance team is a very exciting concept mid-sized firms have been crying out for a bank that will consider their business as a total proposition
