Aldermore funds NHS recruitment business

Published on

Aldermore has provided a £250,000 finance deal to NHS recruitment specialist, Focusmed24.

Focusmed24 supplies medical professionals, such as operating theatre workers and health care assistants, to the NHS and private hospitals across the UK.

Founded in 2008, the company was recently awarded a place on the HealthTrust Europe Framework, a leading healthcare body committed to the quality and improvement of human care.

Focusmed24 plans to use the funding to help grow its operations in the UK and win more contracts, particularly on the NHS register.

Mike Rodgers, managing firector of Focusmed24, said: “Aldermore provided us with a quote that suited our business perfectly. We’ve managed to release funds which will really help us plan for the future growth of the company.”

“Throughout the entire process, they were efficient and were always on hand to discuss any business queries. They were also realistic about the amount of funding that could be provided.”

Tom O’Dell, business development manager at Aldermore, said: “Having worked closely with Focusmed24’s leadership team we were impressed by their focus and clear commitment to growing their business.”

“In an era where traditional banks are withdrawing from certain lending markets this is a good example of how Aldermore has stepped in to fill the funding void.”
