Aldermore funds four South West residential schemes

Aldermore has completed has provided a multi-million pound loan to Bathford Investments, which provided funding to refinance and refurbish recently acquired first generation student/residential accommodation, located in the South West.

The properties are designed to cater to the growing demand and need for quality housing in the student market, offering access to city centre amenities and transport links.

The schemes are rated at EPC B+.

Bathford’s principal directors, Richard Crawshay Jones and Neil Young, bring a combined 40 years of experience.

Redgate Specialist Finance arranged the finance for Bathford.
