Aldermore fills commercial mortgage role

Aldermore has promoted Tracy Aldred to the position of property development manager.

She will work as part of the expanding property development team within Aldermore Commercial Mortgages.

Aldred (pictured) will report to Peter Owen, head of property development lending at Aldermore.

She will provide support to property development firms in the South of England and South Midlands areas wanting to raise funding on high quality residential property development projects.

She has more than 17 years business banking experience. She started her career with NatWest, where she became a senior business manager in the bank’s Birmingham office. She then joined HBOS’s business banking team in 2002 and Aldermore Commercial Mortgages in February 2011 as a lending manager.

Aldred said: “Aldermore is an exciting place to work and has developed a strong reputation for its competitive products and high quality service. Property developers are eager to find funders who can tailor packages to meet their specific needs and I’m looking forward to helping developers and specialist brokers to develop well located and profitable projects.”

Owen added: “Tracy has considerable experience of the property finance market which, when combined with her knowledge of Aldermore and her track record as a high achieving business development manager, means she has the ability to make a significant impact.

“I would like to wish her every success in her new role and I look forward to working with her in 2013 and beyond.”
