Aldermore Commercial pleased with first year’s trading

Aldermore Commercial Mortgages says it is now processing over 500 loan applications per quarter from UK SMEs.

Rob Lankey, head of lending for Aldermore Commercial Mortgages, said the firm now had 20 specialist staff based in its Peterborough office and was currently completing deals approaching £10 million per month.

He added:”We’ve not only invested heavily in skilled staff and state of the art technology
