Aldermore broadens product offering

Aldermore has made changes to its mortgage offering.

New residential one-year discount rates are available from 4.68% and new buy-to-let two-year fixed rates from 5.68%.

The minimum loan size on all products has been reduced to £25,000.

Also, Aldermore is cutting the completion fee rby 2% on buy-to-let term variable rate products and has reduced the early repayment charge on residential and buy-to-let term variable rate products.

Charles Haresnape, managing director at Aldermore Residential Mortgages, said: “These enhancements have been designed to broaden our product range and give borrowers even greater choice
