Air to partner with Stonebridge network

Later-life lending platform, Air, has announced plans to partner with Stonebridge to bolster the mortgage & protection network’s technology offering to its advisers.

Stonebridge will offer Air’s new enhanced WriteRoute fact find to advisers, which has an enhanced set of questions that put client vulnerability and affordability at the heart of the advice process.

At the same time, Stonebridge will also endorse use of Air Sourcing’s Navigator Tool for its adviser membership.

Paul Glynn, CEO at Air, said: “It’s a privilege to partner with Stonebridge on equipping advisers with industry-leading resources to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a time of regulatory transition. Our WriteRoute and Navigator tools offering is designed to make advisers’ lives easier, focussing on capturing the critical elements of client needs whilst streamlining admin tasks and freeing up time for advisers to do what they do best: talking to their clients so they can offer the most tailored and personalised guidance.

“With the FCA review in mind, we’re equipping our sector to rise to the challenge and continue the good work already done around customer outcomes by embracing cutting-edge mortgage technology.”

Gavin Earnshaw (pictured), operations director at Stonebridge, added: “Stonebridge is delighted to offer Air’s new enhanced WriteRoute support system to our advisers, improving their access to market leading tools. Following the implementation of Consumer Duty and the recent FCA review of the later life sector, it’s more important than ever that advisers have all the support to do the best job possible – and we’re committed to providing that for them.

“It’s also exciting to be endorsing Air’s new Navigator Tool, a tremendous asset to advisers concerned with having the most comprehensive and effective affordability conversations with clients. With many clients still facing tricky financial situations, a simple and effective way to determine the best product and outcome for each circumstance is a significant benefit for the Stonebridge network.”
