AIR Sourcing partners with PTFS

AIR Sourcing has embarked upon a new relationship with Personal Touch Financial Services (PTFS).

The sourcing system for equity release and retirement lending products will be available to all Personal Touch-approved equity release advisers from 1 December.

As part of the new relationship, AIR Sourcing is also providing a white labelled version of the system to PTFS. Members will also receive training on the system from AIR Sourcing as well as having direct access to its support desk and all products available via the software.

The system is available to registered advisers free of charge and offers products with enhanced terms for members of the Equity Release Club and Later Life Academy.

Ray McCarthy, marketing and distribution director at Answers in Retirement Ltd, the firm behind AIR Sourcing, said: “We recently brought AIR Sourcing to PTFS and were incredibly encouraged by the hugely positive response we received from the team there. So much so that we have been able to move very quickly to ensure PTFS members have access to the system and also have their own white-label version that will allow them to access all the products and other benefits available from it.

“We are looking forward to working with all PTFS advisers in order to develop their knowledge and to deliver the required training in order that they get the most out of the system. This is all about our over-riding strategy to provide support, development and commercial benefit to all advisers working with older clients.

“We continue to develop AIR Sourcing to ensure it is both fit for purpose and that it continues to evolve with what is a rapidly changing advice sector.”

David Edwards at Personal Touch Financial Services, added: “As a client-centric business, it is important that we have robust innovative systems in place, especially in this new digital age. The addition of AIR Sourcing will empower advisers and greatly enhance the client experience whilst enabling the business to improve its service and efficiencies throughout.

“We are delighted to have worked with Answers in Retirement Ltd on this project. Their platform is known for its market-leading range of quality products and is a very welcome addition to our equity release proposition.”
