Air Group unveils new factfind and suitability report

Air Group has launched a new factfind and suitability report for advisers via Air Sourcing.

From May, registered users of Air Sourcing will be able to access the new factfind and suitability reports which aims to make the sales and administration process easier and more efficient.

The later life services platform says that with the new factfind advisers will be able to:

  • Add in their own questions to tailor it to their clients’ needs.
  • Use it offline and synced with their Air account when they have internet access.
  • Generate an improved and fully-personalised suitability report, built in line with the Equity Release Council’s Checklist.
  • Run sourcing sessions, returning suitable products, request a KFI and generate a suitability report.
  • Access an improved vulnerability, State benefits, care and estate planning section.
  • Secure a paper version of the documentation.

Air Group has also announced a number of further new additions to the Air Sourcing platform including a new product update page to highlight product changes which may affect any KFIs advisers have not yet submitted.

It will also be launching a ‘Live Enquiries’ system next month designed to improve the user experience and allow advisers to secure quicker responses from the Air team.

Stuart Wilson, CEO at Air Group, said: “We’re constantly looking to improve the services we provide to our adviser members in order to help them be more efficient and to deliver the very best consumer outcomes they can.

“Hence, why we’ll be launching this new factfind and suitability report next month and why we also have a number of further enhancements to announce, including our already-launched product update page and the addition of our live enquiries system.

“The later life lending space changes so quickly that we want to ensure advisers are kept fully up to speed with all developments, and they have prompt access to the support they need from Air.”
