SimplyBiz and Age Partnership has signed a joint agreement over compliance and equity release services.

SimplyBiz is now providing third party compliance support for all aspects of the Age Partnership proposition whilst Age Partnership is providing a referral proposition to all SimplyBiz members in relation to equity release.

Matt Timmins, group managing director of SimplyBiz, said the firm had watched the development of Age Partnership with interest as it grew into a very successful business.

“It is pleasing to see that they felt that the compliance services we pride ourselves on delivering will enable them to continue that success. I am also sure that the equity release proposition that they offer will be well received by our members,” he said.

Dan Baines, sales and marketing director at Age Partnership, added: “To help us maintain the highest-possible quality of service as we grow, we’re very pleased to have teamed up with SimplyBiz to provide compliance support and consultancy.

“Following an extensive review, we believe that SimplyBiz’s knowledge and experience will provide us with all the support we need to help grow our business, whilst keeping our customers at the very heart of everything we do.

“We are also delighted that SimplyBiz has agreed a referral relationship with Age Partnership, giving its members access to our award-winning equity release advice service. The equity release market has benefited greatly from increased funding in 2013, which in turn has led to some fantastic product innovation and developments.

“As specialists in equity release, Age Partnership has access to many exclusive and preferential deals, from which SimplyBiz members and their clients can now benefit.”
