AFI unveils pair of Key Account exclusives

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has launched two new exclusives for certain Key Account partners.

The selected partners eligible to access these two products are:

  • Intrinsic
  • Tenet
  • Sesame Bankhall Group including PMS
  • Countrywide including Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next
  • Simply Biz
  • LSL Group
  • London & Country

The lender has cut the rate on its two-year homebuyer fix to 3.29%. It is available up to 70% LTV with a £995 fee and comes with the Homebuyer Solution, which offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion.

AFI has also unveiled a new two-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.29% with a £995 fee for remortgagers, which is also available exclusively to selected Key Account partners up to 70% LTV.

The product comes with the Remortgage Solution, which offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.

“We are delighted to support our selected Key Account partners with these great products for homebuyers and remortgagers,” said Miguel Sard, managing director of AFI.

“Offering a best buy rate of 3.29% and available up to 70% LTV with the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution, we expect these fixed rate deals to be very popular with intermediaries and their clients alike.”
