AfI unveils Grand Prix Podium Special

From Friday, Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) is offering homeowners the chance to qualify for its new Grand Prix Podium Special tracker mortgage.

The three year tracker is available to all customers at a rate of 3.21%, up to 75% LTV and no fee.

And for existing mortgage customers looking to move property, AfI is increasing the LTV from 75 to 80% on its two year fixed and two year tracker Loyal Mover products. Both products have no arrangement fee and are available at 3.99% for the fixed and 2.99% for the tracker. AfI is also launching a new 3.09%, 70% LTV Homebuyer product with a £995 fee for existing customers moving home.
