AfI tweaks criteria on 90% Homebuyer deal

Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) is making changes to its 90% LTV, two-year tracker Homebuyer product. The introductory fee is being reduced from £995 to £199 and its rate changing to 5.79% (BBR + 5.29%).
