AFI to change range tomorrow

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is making changes to its mortgage range tomorrow, 10 March.

It is launching new Core two-year Tracker 75% LTV products. The first is priced at 3.08% (BBR + 2.58%) with either a £995 fee or a 1% fee. The second is priced at 3.39% (BBR + 2.89%) with no booking fee.

AFI is also changing the rates on a number of fixed and tracker rate products.

For example, the four-year fixed rate (Homebuyer and Remortgage), up to 70% LTV, is at 4.79% with a £995 fee. The Homebuyer, 75% LTV, is priced at 5.04% with a £995 fee. The five-year fixed rate Loyal Mover deal, up to 75% LTV, comes in at 5.14% with a £795 fee.
