AFI offers pair of intermediary exclusive deals

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is launching two new intermediary key account exclusives.

The Santander lenders says the deals, available from Friday 24 June, can be accessed by over 95% of the intermediary market and are available for one week only.

Firstly, there is a flexible offset mortgage with a rate of 2.99% (BBR + 2.49%) and a £995 fee, available up to 75% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

The other deal is a three-year fix with a rate of 4.49% and a £495 fee, available up to 85% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

Both of the products come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
